(At this point in the lesson, you might want to collaborate with the math teacher and make the lesson a cross-disciplinary lesson.)
Ultimately the class should be divide up into about 7 groups 1- Set-up team 2- Recorder/Photographer team 3- Prep Team 4- Filling team 5- Cooking team 6- Serving Team 7- Clean up team The class is then divided up into appropriate teams, and each team is responsible for creating a poster of their team job and all the people included in their team. (The posters are to be posted on the walls so everyone knows where they should be and what they should be doing) Step 2 Once the instructions and direction and specific teams are formed and understood, it is now time to use the French crepe recipe: you can check in a French book or magazine as well as a website.
