About Carolyn Hornik

Carolyn Hornik has been a teacher in the New York City public school system for twenty seven years. She was a classroom teacher of grades three through five for twelve years and a computer coordinator for fifteen years. In addition, Carolyn, teaches New York City Board of Education After School Professional Development courses and conducts staff development workshops in Community School District 21.

Carolyn became involved with the Teachers Network as a Disseminator Grant recipient and a TeachNet Mentoring Grant recipient. In addition to publishing TeachNet curriculum units, Carolyn is also an instructor of New York New Teachers Online Survival Courses.
